What is the Normal CPU usage on Windows 11?
The CPU usage is an indicator that tells you how much stress the processor is currently undergoing and what capacity is still available. The CPU usage can amount to a maximum of 100 per cent.
In the case of normal use, I have noticed that the CPU usage on Windows 11 would go around 2% to 5%. For general applications and less demanding games, the CPU usage would be approximately 10% to 30%. It could go up to 70% for demanding applications and games, and in some instances, it touches 80%.
However, if you do web browsing or do regular tasks on the internet like watching YouTube, then the CPU usage would go up 5% to 15%.
This is the average CPU usage within Windows 11, but sometimes this CPU usage can go up and down.
For instance, when it comes to watching Youtube videos, this CPU usage depends on your CPU, browser, and the video quality you are watching.
