NIELIT provides many types of computer courses and some of there are long-term courses and popular short-term courses are –ccc,ccc+, ECC, digital literacy courses, etc.

And besides, that NIELIT also provides 4 types of long term course- o level, a level,b level,c level.

The o level is a foundation level computer course and the actual duration of this course is one year, including 4 modules and 2 semesters, however, if anyone wishes then he/she can complete the whole course within just six months.

Students can be enrolled in the course in both the ways indirect ways and through the institute also.

If anyone enrolled directly then he/she have to do all the registration, enrollment with self but if anyone enrolled in the course through an organization then the organization will do all the work.

NIELIT conducted the o level examination 2 times a year in the month of January and in the month of July.

Theory examinations:

For the theory examination, users must have to go Nielit authorized center.

The o level is including of 4 papers and each paper has 100 marks of question which also consists of 40 marks MCQ and 60 marks brought to question.

If a student becomes unable to get 20 MCQ marks out of 40 marks then his paper is not further checked by the examiner.

Practicle examination:

The questions of the practical examination must become from 4 module papers, practical examination also organized in NIELIT authorized center. The course fees of the practical examination are 500rs.

Project:

To clear o level examination students must have to submit a project. Usually, a project does not have any number, but it is necessary students need a guide to submitting a project.

o level computer course fee:

The course fee matters whether the student applies to the course through any institute or not.

If you thought that you are able to do the course without any teacher’s help then the fee will around 3000-4000 rupees.

But if you enrolled through the institute then the institute will take the tuition fee from you which will around 12000-15000 rupees.

For the sc/st and female candidate if they clear the exam in one attempt then they will get a scholarship.

o level examination system:

NIELIT has conducted the o level exam twice a year. In the month of January and in the month of July.

According to the 5th revision syllabus in the o level exam, there are 4 papers that are divided into 2 parts.

The first part is about MCQ which consists of 40 marks and the second part is consists of 60 marks.

After the completion of the exam after 1 or 2 months, you will get the result. You can check the result through NIELIT official website or through the institute also results are provided as a form of a grade.

Below marks then 50 considered as fail.

Practical and project marks are not included in the result but if you want the course certificate then you have to give both.
