All these i5 4th generation processors mentioned above are not supported by Windows 11.

Why are i5 4th Gen CPUs not compatible with Windows 11?
Many peoples wonder why Intel core i5 4th generation processors are not supported by Windows 11; there are mainly two reasons behind this, and the reasons are-
TPM 2.0
The term TPM stands for trusted platform module, and it is a kind of cryptographic chip designed to provide hardware-based security-related functions.
Microsoft wants to make Windows 11 more secure than its previous operating systems; therefore, they have introduced the TPM 2.0 concept within Windows 11.
Although TPM is not a new concept, some devices come with the TPM 1.2 version, which is insufficient to install Windows 11. To install Windows 11, you require the TPM 2.0 chip, which came out around 2014 to 2015.
Usually, the TPM chip is installed on the motherboards by default, but most of the modern CPUs come with firmware-based TPM support.
Most of the Intel i5, 4th generation processors, based PCs lack the TPM chip on its motherboard & besides that, these processors don’t come with the firmware TPM support.
Because of this lacking TPM feature, the i5 3rd generation processors are incompatible with Windows 11.
8th Gen Processors
Microsoft introduces several advanced features within Windows 11 to make it more secure, faster & users friendly.
The older processors-based PCs cannot handle all the advanced features; therefore, Microsoft clearly stated that only 8th generation Intel processors are allowed for Windows 11.
Because of these criteria, the 4th generation Intel processors becomes incompatible with Windows 11.

Is there any way to Install Windows 11 on i5 4th Gen Processors?
Microsoft does not allow all the processors for Windows 11; still, there is a way through which you can install Windows 11 on unsupported processors.
So, You can check out whether this method worked with the INTEL 4th gen processors or not. Here, I am talking about bypassing the processor requirement for Windows 11.
But before following this process, you should backup your important data.
How to install Windows 11 on Unsupported Processors?

Step 3
Now, in the final step, click the 64-bit download.
After doing all these things, follow this article to bypass the CPU by editing the Windows registry.
Will i5 4300U support Windows 11?
The Intel i5 4300 CPU comes with 2 CPU cores, and this processor was released in 2013.
But this 4th generation i5 4300u processor doesn’t support Windows 11 because Microsoft clearly stated that only 8th & upper 8th generation processors are compatible with Windows 11.
There is no possibility that it will support Windows 11, but you can use Windows 10 up to 2025.
Can i5 4460 run Windows 11?
No! the Intel i5 4460 processor released in 2014 doesn’t support the latest Windows 11 operating system.
This processor is not compatible with Windows 11 because it is a 4th generation processor & only the 8th and upper generations processors are compatible with Windows 11.
Will i5 4570 support Windows 11?
The Intel i5 4570 processor is not compatible with Windows 11 because it is a 4th-generation intel processor.
In future, there isn’t a possibility that this processor will support Windows 11, but you can Window 10 up to 2025.

Final Thoughts
Based on all the examples, it has to be said that the Intel i5 4th generation processors are not compatible with Windows 11 because these processors don’t come with TPM support. But you can apply the bypass method to see whether the method worked for you or not.
