The Asus A320M is a great motherboard that lots of users are using & lots of manufacturers are putting it inside PCs.
But after the announcements of Windows 11, many users are seeking the query, whether their Asus A320M motherboard support the Windows 11 or not?
I have done some excellent research about this motherboard & its compatibility with Windows 11, so, without wasting time, let’s straight come to the point.
So, Does Asus A320M support Windows 11?
No! the Asus A320M motherboard doesn’t support the Windows 11 operating system because it doesn’t match the system requirements of the Windows 11, such as (Secure Boot & TPM 2.0) requirements.
Besides this, Asus also mentioned a list of motherboard names compatible with Windows 11, & on that list, the Asus A320M motherboard name is missing.

I know that the short answer might not be helpful for you & therefore, in the below section, I thoroughly explain why some Asus motherboards (Including Asus A320M) do not support Windows 11.
Why is Asus A320M not supported by Windows 11?
As everyone knows, Microsoft wants to make the Windows 11 operating system more secure than its previous operating system, Windows 10.
To secure this operating system, they introduce some modern features inside Windows 11 & these features include (UEFI Secure Booting & TPM 2.0 chip).
UEFI Secure Boot
The term UEFI stands for Unified Extensible Firmware Interface & it was developed to allow support for new technologies during the booting process before the operating system loads.
It also provides large hard drives, quicker boot times, more security features & more graphics and mouse cursor options.
On the other hand, a secure boot is an important security feature designed to prevent malicious software from loading when your PC starts up.
Microsoft mentioned that if your PC is not secure boot capable, then you can not run Windows 11; in fact, most of the modern PCs are capable to secure boot.
This Asus A320M motherboard-based PCs are not secure boot capable; therefore, Windows 11 doesn’t support this motherboard or motherboard-based PCs.
TPM 2.0
TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is another essential security requirement for Windows 11. It is a kind of cryptographic key used t perform cryptographic operations.
It is mainly designed to provide hardware-based security-related functions. This chip includes multiple physical security mechanisms to make it tamper-resistant, and malicious software is unable to tamper with the security functions of the TPM.
This Asus A320M release in 2017 has the old version TPM chip (TPM 1.2), and according to Microsoft guidelines, the TPM 1.2 chip cannot run Windows 11.

Although the TPM chip also can be in your CPU, the Asus A320 M-based CPUs also do not have the TPM 2.0 chip.
